Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules & Bye laws of AEOHD, notice is hereby given that the Special General Body Meeting of AEOHD shall be held at the date, time and venue above to transact the following business.

Agenda

  1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the last Annual General Body Meeting.
  2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Association for the year 2025-26.
  3. To receive and adopt/ratify the audited accounts with Auditor’s Report for the year 2025-26.
  4. To pass the Budget Estimates for the year 2026-27.
  5. To appoint Auditors for the year 2026-27 and fix their remuneration.
  6. To consider any other important or urgent matter with the permission of the chair.

All members of AEOHD are requested to attend the meeting.
